The Pebble app allows you to connect your Pebble tracker to your iPhone or iPad to keep track of your personal activity. Using Bluetooth Smart technology, the Pebble will automatically sync whenever the app is opened.

Also if you enable the inactivity alerts, your Pebble will vibrate if you find yourself sitting around too long.
